Get through match day smoothly.

Use the sections below to find the task you are working on. Manager tools require your team login; viewers can open published results without manager access.

Start a Match

  1. Choose Manage a Match on the homepage and sign in.
  2. Select the number of bouts in your team dashboard.
  3. Create the match book, then open the new temporary match.
  4. Enter the away team and match date before saving.

A valid match date is required because saved matches are organized by year and date.

Load Wrestlers

  1. Maintain your full roster from the team dashboard.
  2. Choose the active match-day wrestlers.
  3. Open the match and use Import Home Team.
  4. Enter or import the opponent roster as needed.

Verify names and weights before live scoring begins.

Understand Save Status

  • Green: all recorded changes were accepted by the server.
  • Amber: the match book is actively saving.
  • Red: unsaved changes remain or the last save failed.

After a verified save, a message shows the save time. When a save fails, keep the page open, check the connection, and press the save button again.

Share Results

  1. Open View Match Results on the homepage.
  2. Type at least two letters of the team name.
  3. Select the correct team from the suggestions.
  4. Choose the match by date or archive folder.

Viewer access is read-only and does not expose manager scoring controls.

Common Fixes

The save message says my session expired

Refresh the match page and sign in again. Do not close the original page until you confirm the latest changes were saved.

I cannot find my team

Check the spelling and try a shorter portion of the school name. Team search begins after two characters.

The page looks out of date after an update

Use a hard refresh: Ctrl + F5 on Windows or Cmd + Shift + R on macOS.

I need help with an account or missing match
